Welcome to SO Bar! By booking our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Services Provided

SO Bar provides mobile, alcohol-free beverage services, including drink preparation, bar setup, and on-site service. Offerings may include functional beverages containing ingredients such as kava, herbs, or adaptogenic blends.

SO Bar does not provide medical advice or treatment, and no health claims are made regarding our beverages.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Accepted payment methods include: [Venmo, Square, credit/debit card, etc.]
Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 before the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within less than 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
In the rare event that SO bar must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable space for SO bar’s setup.
If required, the client must provide access to electricity, water, and adequate loading or parking areas.
The client is responsible for ensuring all guests consuming SO bar beverages are of legal age if required (e.g., kava for 18+).

5. Liability Disclaimer

Guests consume SO bar beverages at their own discretion and are responsible for knowing their own health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
SO bar is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from the consumption of beverages or participation in the event.
SO bar makes no guarantees regarding the effects of any beverage and assumes no responsibility for individual responses to ingredients.

6. Alcohol-Free Policy

SO bar is a 100% alcohol-free business. We do not provide, serve, or allow alcohol through our services.

7. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

SO bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms of Service, without obligation of refund.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

SO bar shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or illness.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All SO bar branding, recipes, images, and website content are the exclusive property of SO bar and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
